Ms. Oppenheimer is a founding member of ENUM Forum, an open industry forum formed at the recommendation of the State Department ITAC Ad Hoc, and a founding member of 1800AFTA (1 800 American Free Trade Association), formed to serve as a proactive force to create a positive regulatory and market environment for 1-800 service.
